Contra-Mestre Laurie

Laurie began learning Capoeira Angola in 1998 in Bristol, UK.
​
Laurie was awarded the title of Treinel (instructor) by Mestre Laercio & Mestre Roberval in 2001.
​
In 2015 Laurie was recognised as a Contra-Mestre at the annual GCFA International Encontro in Valencia, Spain.
​
Laurie has taught Capoeira Angola throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Partner orgnisations he has worked with include:
